At Mean Cards, we take pride in delivering high-quality, offensive cards that leave a lasting impression. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer refunds for damaged or undelivered cards.

Please read our Refunds and Returns policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Damaged Cards

If you receive a card that is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the damage
  3. Clear photos of the damaged card

Once we have received and reviewed this information, we will issue a full refund for the damaged card. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Undelivered Cards

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window provided at the time of purchase, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the issue and, if it is determined that your order was lost in transit, we will issue a full refund.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for orders that were shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

No Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest level of hygiene, we do not accept exchanges. All sales are final, except in cases of damaged or undelivered cards, as outlined above.
